Terms of Service

This article defines the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. By creating an account on our service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Definitions

• This website is owned and operated by Start The Game Already, LLC. (“we”, “our”)
• This website allows users to connect approved video game software remotely to game servers running on our hardware while they have an active subscription. (“services”)

USA Only

Currently we can only offer our services in the United States of America. Our game servers are located in central USA.

Refunds

We guarantee a refund for your first order if the refund is requested within the first 72 hours of the order being placed. The refund will include the full amount that we receive, we do not guarantee the refund of any payment fees that are controlled by the payment processor that processed the order. Refunds must be requested by emailing help@startthegamealready.com Refunds will not be issued automatically. Refunds outside of these conditions are at our descretion.

Cancellation

To terminate your services, you must cancel via the subscriptions section of https://startthegamealready.com/profile. You may cancel services at any time. Once cancelled, the services will end at the end of the current billing period. You will not be refunded for the remainder of the billing period, but you will still have access to the services until the end of the current billing period.

Liability

We, under no circumstances, shall be held liable for any data loss, disruption of information, or distribution of information including that of unauthorized access to our server systems or any other loss of data. We shall not be held liable for any disruption, delay, or disconnection of services for any period of time.

Usage limits

We do not limit the storage or networks use of data uploaded to our services, however if it is deemed excessive we reserve the right to request you delete files, for example large log files. Intentional abuse of bandwidth or storage may result in immediate termination of services without refund at our descretion.

Data retention

Under normal operation, we do not delete your game server’s backups for at least 30 days after payment ends. We under no circumstances shall be held liable for data loss.

Abuse

We consider the below actions abuse of our services and may result in immediate termination of services without notice.

• Bandwidth/storage abuse. Example: Uploading extremely large files that are not considered normal use.
• Uploading illegal content to our services.
• Harassment of staff or other users.
• Actions with the perceived intent to cause disruption of our services for other users.
• Use of our game servers for purposes they aren’t intended for.

Other actions may be considered abuse, but we will attempt to provide a warning via email before termination if reasonable for us to do so.

Termination

We reserve all rights to terminate the services we provide you for any reason, including, but not limited to, any violation of these terms.
